Common questions
Do I need to find my own respondents?
Yes. Confirm Concept has no built-in respondent pool — you share your project link with your own audience. That's deliberate: the people whose opinions move your decision are the ones you already know how to reach.
Do recipients need an account?
No. They open your link, respond, and are done. Their responses are anonymous in your results.
Is the AI analysis better on higher plans?
No — analysis quality is identical everywhere, including the free plan. Plans differ in how many projects you can run and in workflow features like exports, personal templates, and branding.
What happens to response data?
Respondents stay anonymous, personal information in quotes is redacted in shared reports, and collection closes automatically after 14 days. Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record — we never see card details.
